Jonah Meer, co-founder, has served as our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director since the formation of the Company in September 2016. Mr. Meer is involved with the Company’s strategic vision, as well as all operational issues. Mr. Meer is an attorney, accountant and entrepreneur. His career spans four decades in the legal, accounting, financial and investment world, both in public and private companies, where he has held numerous executive and fiduciary positions. This includes a dozen years as Chief Operating Officer of a NYSE member firm. For the last twenty-five years he has also managed jTrade Global a company providing cross border trading services to Ivory Software. Mr. Meer received his Master of Law degree from New York University School of Law, in addition to holding juris doctor and accounting degrees.
