TECHNIQUES FOR PROMOTING NEURONAL RECOVERY
A synthetic, soft, injectable and 3D printable hydrogel that inhibits certain harmful processes common in many neuronal pathologies such as neurodegenerative diseases, traumatic brain injury and stroke and promotes neuronal regeneration. The hydrogel is cell friendly and can function as a scaffold or matrix delivery system for stem cells and other theraputic molecules to damaged neuronal tissue.
License to use and commercialize Dartmouth knowledge and patents:
An exclusive world-wide royalty bearing license from the Trustees of Dartmouth College under the patent application entitled “Mechanically Interlocked Molecules-based Materials for 3D Printing” in the field of human and animal health, and certain additional patent rights to use and commercialize licensed products and services.
