Liat Hammer, PhD, has been with our company since inception serving as our Director of Research, and most recently also involved in sourcing strategic partnerships.Dr. Hammer started her career in 2007, working 7 years for an Israeli biotech startup managing various company projects while gaining broad experience in the variousaspects of the management of a biotech company including strategic planning and IP protection. From there she moved to Ariel University for 2 years, where she managed the microbiology department’s laboratory bringing industry knowledge and culture to the University and once again gaining a diverse array of skill sets. She then joined Qrons upon its inception where Qrons began its research at Ariel. She has since played a critical role in Qrons’ development. Since 2021 Dr. hammer served as a pre-clinical consultant for Sol-Gel Technologies company. Dr. Hammer received her PhD in Molecular & Cell Biology from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, where she also received her MSc. and BSc. in Molecular Biology and Biological Sciences.
